For this piece I had a desire to utilise the elegance of the antelope to create a new deity  The name is borrowed from the Greek name for Anuket a God of the Nile represented by fast moving things such as gazelles and arrows.  The features were purloined from many images sculpted of Queen Nefertiti.  I added the Spartan style helmet and in my mind she became a warrior for peace.
